Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through EK Floral Studio Pte. Ltd. (“EK Floral Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to product, flower and delivery availability.

Please ensure that all information provided when placing your order, including the recipient's name, contact number, delivery address, delivery date and card message, is accurate.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance of the order by EK Floral Studio.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it due to product availability, delivery limitations, incorrect pricing or information, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for and no replacement arrangement is agreed upon, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (S$) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors.

Delivery and other applicable charges will be displayed separately during checkout where applicable.

We accept payment methods made available through our website, including credit and debit cards.

For PayNow or bank transfer arrangements, please contact us directly.

An item placed in your shopping cart is not reserved until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

3. Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, delivery date, recipient information or other order details, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

All amendment requests are subject to availability and approval.

Additional charges may apply where an amendment results in additional preparation, delivery or third-party courier costs.

Once preparation of your floral arrangement has started, we may not be able to accommodate further changes.

4. Order Cancellation

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of floral products, confirmed orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation or procurement of flowers and materials has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any cancellation or refund request will be assessed based on the status of the order and any costs already incurred in preparing or fulfilling it.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Singapore law.

5. Flowers, Colours & Substitution

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. The appearance, size, colour and shape of individual flowers may vary from the photographs displayed on our website.

Certain flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, containers or decorative items may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonal or supply conditions.

Where necessary, EK Floral Studio may substitute unavailable flowers or materials with suitable alternatives of a similar style and equal or higher value, while making reasonable efforts to maintain the overall appearance, colour theme and value of the arrangement ordered.

Product photographs on our website are therefore intended as a representation of the overall style and design rather than an exact reproduction of every individual flower or material.

6. Delivery

We provide delivery to locations within Singapore, subject to availability and any location restrictions.

Our standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Additional charges may apply for specific-time deliveries, special locations, Sentosa, redelivery or other special delivery requirements.

Please ensure that the recipient's name, contact number and delivery address are correct.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, inability to contact the recipient, restricted access to the delivery location or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

Where redelivery is required, an additional delivery charge may apply.

7. Specific Delivery Times

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil delivery requests within the selected or agreed delivery period.

Unless a specific-time delivery service has been separately arranged and confirmed, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, access restrictions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care in preparing and delivering every floral arrangement.

If you receive an incorrect item or your arrangement arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item received.

After reviewing the matter, we may, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, redelivery, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.

As flowers are natural products, minor variations in colour, size, shape or arrangement will not normally be considered defects.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

We will inform you of any applicable administrative or payment-processing charges before confirming a customer-requested cancellation or refund, where such charges are permitted and applicable.

Where an order is cancelled by EK Floral Studio because we are unable to fulfil it and no acceptable replacement is agreed upon, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Promotional codes and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash unless otherwise required by law.

10. Customised Orders

Customised floral arrangements are created according to the customer's requested style, colours, flowers and budget, subject to flower and material availability.

Because customised arrangements are specially prepared for individual customers, changes, cancellations and refunds may be restricted once preparation or procurement has begun.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide appropriate options, which may include proceeding with the corrected information, selecting an alternative product or receiving a refund if we cannot fulfil the order as originally agreed.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, designs, text, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to EK Floral Studio Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission.

They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information provided to us in connection with an enquiry or order may include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment-related information.

We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on our website will apply to orders placed after the updated terms take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
