We are open Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed on Public Holidays.
What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery time is between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
For delivery at a specific time, please contact us before placing your order.
What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are:
- Standard Delivery: S$25
- Specific-Time Delivery: S$50
- Sentosa Delivery: S$60
Additional charges may apply for special locations or delivery requirements. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes. Sunday delivery is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
No. We are closed on Public Holidays.

Do you provide a complimentary message card?
Yes. A complimentary message card is included with your floral order.
You can provide your message when placing your order.
Do you provide customised floral arrangements?
Yes. We provide customised floral arrangements based on your preferred flowers, colours, style and budget, subject to flower availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders, we accept credit and debit cards.
We recommend card payment for online purchases as payment is processed immediately, allowing us to proceed with your order promptly.
For PayNow or bank transfer, please contact us before making payment.

Can I change my delivery address, date or order details after placing an order?
Yes, subject to availability.
Please request any changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes on the day of delivery as your arrangement and delivery may already have been prepared.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
