We operate from Mondays to Sunday (10:00am – 6:00pm) and close on Public Holiday.

The delivery time slots are from 10:00am to 5:00pm

Standard delivery: S$25.00
Appointed time: $50.00
Sentosa area: S$60.00
Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Do you deliver on Public Holiday?
No, we are closed on Public Holiday.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you may come to our studio at 21 Woodlands Close #09-35 Primz Biz Hub Singapore 737854 on Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holiday) from 10:00am to 6:00pm (By appointment only).
Do you provide the gift card?
Yes, all of our bouquet comes along with a complimentary gift card.
Do you do customised bouquets?
We do customised bouquets where you can choose the wrappers and flowers of your choice. We will try our best to meet your needs and replicate the arrangement of your desired bouquet.

What are the payment methods?
We accept credit and debit cards for online purchases. We recommend payment via credit / debit card since payment is instantly processed and we are able to directly to fulfil your order. For other forms of payment such as Paynow or bank transfer, please contact us separately at email@example.com , or WhatsApp us at 8661 0291.
Can I change delivery address or date once I have placed my order?
Changes to order details should be done at least 48 hours or two (02) day before the delivery date and selected time slot. We could not accept any last-minute changes on the day of delivery to make sure your order is delivered on time.
